His coaching philosophy centers on teaching the game the right way through strong fundamentals, attention to detail, accountability, and a relentless focus on player development.
Chris believes success at the youth level isn't measured solely by wins and losses. His goal is to prepare players to compete confidently at the next level by building baseball IQ, developing sound mechanics, and creating an environment where players are challenged to improve every day.
Committed to becoming the best coach he can be, Chris regularly attends coaching clinics, conferences, and instructional events while studying modern player development to continually improve the experience he provides his players.
As co-founder of the Oak City Aviators, Chris is dedicated to building a program where development comes first, teammates put one another first, and every player has the opportunity to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
